Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 11:00 PM until 4:00 AM. Doors are at 11 PM and the night runs straight through to close, so it picks up right as the convention floor winds down for the day.

When the convention floor winds down on Saturday, the Anime Visual Rave picks up: an immersive anime rave at 00:00 in Long Island City running 11 PM to 4 AM. Cosplay welcome, no badge required — just grab a ticket and hop on the 7 train.

At 00:00, located at 21-38 44th Rd in Long Island City, Queens. It is one subway stop from Midtown Manhattan, which makes it an easy move from anywhere in the city after the con.

How do I get there from the Javits Center?

Anime NYC takes place at the Javits Center on Manhattan's west side. The 7 train runs from 34 St–Hudson Yards, a short walk from the Javits Center, directly into Long Island City. Get off at Court Sq (7, E, M, G) and the venue is a short walk from there. Hunters Point Av on the 7 also works.

Is cosplay required?

Cosplay is welcome but never required. Plenty of people come straight from the con in full fit and plenty come in normal club clothes. Both belong here.
